Sometimes the need arises to reschedule or cancel appointments. Please know I always try my best to accommodate, however I do require 24 hours notice. This allows for adjusting my schedule or providing notice to a patient on the waitlist.

You are able to manage your appointments by following the links within your confirmation email, or via the online booking system. You can also call or text me on 0447 921 312.

Please give at least 24 hours notice when you need to change your appointment, or fees may apply:

• Less than 24 hours notice may incur a 50% cancellation fee.

• Less than 4 hours notice may result in a 100% appointment cancellation fee.

• Failure to show up to an appointment with no attempt to contact in advance will result in a 100% cancellation fee.

I do understand that sometimes circumstances beyond your control may arise, and I may be flexible, depending on the situation. Please contact me to discuss as soon as possible.
